Finding Ceres: Goddess Theology, Food & Power
In Roman mythology Ceres is the Goddess of the Harvest. She represents our relationship with material wealth, food and eating, nurturance, and general abundance. Her astral body moves through the sky as an Asteroid and can be found in each person's natal chart, indicating how we can best tap in to the empowering and radical energy she radiates. In this interactive class we will explore feminist/goddess theology around the politics of food and power and the transformative ways we can care for ourselves and our planet. Co-taught with Holistic Nutrition Counselor Laura Smoot, this class is open to all ages, genders and levels of experience!

For women who have been longing for sisterhood, for the ancient circle where we share our secrets and celebrate our survival, this a place to come and open your heart. For women who have found the goddess long ago, who have created circles themselves, this a place to come and reconnect and add your important wisdom. All women welcome.
